As a growing team on a mission to modernize the industry, we're looking for exceptionally talented and passionate individuals to join our ranks. **The Role** As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals to support them in their critical purchasing decisions and processes through the use of our platform. You will work collaboratively with our support team to provide an excellent experience for our users, leveraging live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos.
