We're seeking an experienced Caregiver Lead Coordinator to manage internal chat leads from AidQuest, providing exceptional support to our caregivers and clients. As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

* Maintaining accurate records of chat leads, including client information, caregiver assignments, and communication history

* Working closely with our care management team to ensure effective care coordination and delivery
**Key Responsibilities**
