As a Bilingual Outbound Sales/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to potential new members to educate them on the benefits of our services and sign them up for different packages. **Key Responsibilities**
* Make high-volume outbound calls to potential new members to explain the benefits of our services and sign them up for different packages
* Follow a call script without sounding like you are reading off of it, making it sound like your own and be engaging on the phone
* Set up packages of appointments with Registered Dietitians
* Address any questions or concerns that members may have about tele-nutrition, and escalate any issues to the team leader, as needed
* Meet or exceed daily call targets and sales goals
* Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with members
* Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum of 6 months of experience working remotely in a customer service, outbound sales, or outbound support role
* Experience in a high-volume outbound calling role with the ability to make 75+ calls a day without getting burned out
* Experience using a MacBook or iMac (Apple laptop/Desktop) in a professional work environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities
* Ability to work independently but efficiently from home
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
* Has reliable personal computer/laptop running Windows 11 or MacOS 12.7.4 or higher that they can use for this job
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Zendesk or Athena Health
* Proficient in Google Suite applications
* Previous experience working in healthcare/wellness company or a strong passion for health, wellness, and fitness
