**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. You'll work closely with our team to analyze customer needs, develop solutions, and implement effective communication strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze payment history/notes and clearly communicate account statuses to customers in both English and Spanish
* Recommend appropriate solutions to customers by analyzing their accounts and negotiating acceptable collection arrangements
* Promptly report/refers sensitive and complex issues to the Team Leader
* Document all activities in accordance with established procedures in a clear and concise manner
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective customer service strategies
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
**Qualifications**
* **Bilingual in English and Spanish**: You must be fluent in both languages to communicate effectively with our customers.
* **High School Diploma**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM**: You should be able to type accurately and efficiently to meet the demands of our fast-paced customer service environment.
* **Previous experience in customer service, retail services, and call contact environment**: You should have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
* **Strong organizational and problem-solving skills**: You should be able to analyze customer needs, develop solutions, and implement effective communication strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* **Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls**: You should be able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a calm, professional, and positive demeanor.
* **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**: You should be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management in both English and Spanish.
* **Excellent attention to detail**: You should be able to accurately document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
* **Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel**: You should be familiar with Microsoft Office applications to perform tasks efficiently.
