**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in Spanish and English, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries and concerns
* Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues, leveraging your product knowledge and problem-solving skills
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience
**During a Typical Day, You'll**
* Answer incoming communications from customers, using your language skills and product knowledge to resolve their issues
* Conduct research to provide answers for customers, staying up-to-date with product information and company policies
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
* Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in language skills and communication
* Recognized product or service knowledge, with the ability to apply and explain it to customers
* Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
* Computer experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* High-speed internet (15 Mbps or higher) to ensure seamless communication and connectivity
