This is a remote work opportunity that requires a strong skillset in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. As a Benefit Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and instant message * Build rapport with customers and respond to their inquiries in a compassionate and respectful manner * Customize customer service approach to meet all types of member communication styles and personalities * Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data security requirements * Skillfully translate health and welfare and pension terms, complex plan information, and processes into simple explanations and instructions that customers can understand and act upon * Read and understand clients' plan documents and online knowledgebase tools while collecting relevant information to determine immediate requests/questions and to anticipate the future needs of the member **Requirements** * High School Diploma or GED * Any various experience, preferably in Customer Service or Call Center * English Speaking candidates or Bilingual in Spanish or French (Paid .75 Cents more if Bilingual, Fully Fluent in Spanish or French) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the benefits industry or a related field * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
