As a key member of our Animal Health's Livestock Technology Solutions division, the Beef Monitoring Customer Success Representative will play a vital role in delivering and developing training for end customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our technology portfolio.
**Job Summary:**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beef Monitoring Customer Success Representative. In this role, you will be the first line of contact for our valued customers, providing them with excellent service and support. You will be responsible for training end users to successfully enter, interpret, and analyze beef monitoring technology data, as well as assist customers and their staff on the change management journey related to the implementation of our products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and deliver training for end customers on software use, reports, protocols, and KPIs
* Train end users to successfully enter, interpret, and analyze beef monitoring technology data
* Customize user portal and user reports to improve the user experience with software
* Work closely with third-party providers of feedlot management software to ensure local success for the customer
* Recommend changes to customers' current processes allowing for full implementation of beef monitoring technology
* Work with data analytics team to determine the impact, management, and personal benefits to producers who purchase our system
* Consult with owners, managers, and users to improve customer experience
* Ensure all questions are expediently addressed, resolved, and documented in CRM
* Recommend additions to quick guides and customer communication for improvements
* Lead effort to educate cattle management teams, nutritionists, consultants, and veterinarians, including onsite visits to users and consultants
* Conduct on-site meetings with our company's Animal Health "key" accounts to ensure successful deployment of the systems
* Assist with gathering of testimonials, case studies, and video clips
* Actively raise issues and recommend improvements to support services
* Use project management skills and organization to successfully manage multiple projects at once
* Support the sales process where consultation is needed to help sales prospects feel comfortable with software and reports
* Assist marketing to write newsletter and Ag media stories related to our company's Animal Health Livestock Monitoring technology
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related discipline
* A minimum of three years working in cattle management, nutrition, reproduction, animal health, feedlot software, or as a nutritionist/consultant
* Must possess a valid U.S. motor vehicle driver's license without restriction
* Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and MS office skills
* Should avoid any conflict of interest situations as it might apply to outside dealings with suppliers, vendors, customers, or prospects
* Willingness to abide by all company policy and approval processes when traveling or purchasing company assets
* Possess strong organization/coordination skills to manage time and interaction with customers, dealers, distributors, and internal people

**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Expected US salary range: $94,300.00 - $148,500.00
* Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long-term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
