**About the Role**
As an Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our project teams, clients, and stakeholders. You'll be responsible for managing digital reports, coordinating technical documents, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a part-time remote position, requiring 15-20 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 24-30 hours per week after November 2022.
**Responsibilities**
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
Administrative Support
* Managing job digital reports, including developing project-specific files and contract documents
* Assisting with coordinating and generating technical documents and discussions
* Monitoring and updating program client handbooks
* Performing data entry and quality control checks
Regulatory Assistance
* Reviewing and assessing environmental documentation
* Administering regulatory compliance requirements
* Entering data into an online database and performing evaluations against established regulatory standards
* Conducting ad hoc regulatory research
* Monitoring a job email mailbox and responding to emails from clients and project subcontractors
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work remotely and independently, with minimal supervision
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience with data entry and quality control checks
* Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and ability to manipulate and revise documents
* Ability to establish and maintain electronic filing systems for digital submission of specialized files and documents

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
* Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements

**Education and Experience**
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
