We are a UK-based personalised products business looking for an experienced Etsy & eBay listing specialist to upload and optimise 10 pre-selected products on Etsy and eBay.
This is an execution-only role.
All products already exist and are live on our website.
⚠️ A core part of this role is generating highly realistic AI listing images.
If you cannot consistently create AI images that look like real product photography, do not apply.
Scope of Work
1️⃣ Product Listings (Execution Only)
Upload 10-15 provided products to Etsy
Upload the same 10-15 provided products to eBay
We will provide links to each product on our website
You will use these links as the sole reference for:
Product details
Variations
Personalisation rules
Visual accuracy
No product ideation or design work is required.
2️⃣ Personalisation Setup (Critical)
For each product:
Set up personalisation input fields
Clear, buyer-proof instructions
Character limits and formatting rules
Personalisation preview image where appropriate
3️⃣ Variations Setup
Size variations
Design/style variations (as per the website)
Correct pricing per variation
Clean, logical dropdown structure
4️⃣ AI Image Generation – Realism Is Critical
This is a core requirement, not a bonus skill.
You will:
Use product photos from our website as reference
Generate new AI images that look like real photography
Images must:
Be believable and grounded in reality
Match the real product’s materials, proportions, and finish
Look like they were taken in real homes, gyms, or offices
Be suitable for Etsy and eBay buyers
❌ We do NOT want:
CGI-looking renders
Fantasy rooms or unrealistic lighting
Over-stylised “Pinterest art” images
Obvious AI artefacts or plastic-looking products
✅ We DO want:
Calm, realistic interiors
Natural lighting
Clean walls and believable environments
Images that could pass as professional lifestyle photography
You should be confident prompting AI tools specifically for photorealism and product accuracy.
