Responsibilities:
? Research and gather information on various travel destinations, including attractions, accommodations, and transportation options.
? Create customized travel itineraries tailored to each client’s interests, budget, and timeline.
? Book flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
? Provide recommendations and advice to clients regarding travel destinations, activities, and logistics.
? Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, promotions, and regulations to offer the best possible service to clients.
? Handle inquiries, concerns, and requests from clients in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
? Passion for travel and willingness to learn about different destinations and cultures.
? Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional experiences for clients.
? Proficiency with computers, computer applications and ability to troubleshoot.
? Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred but not required.
? Must enjoy research and engaging in client interactions with confidence.
? Must be located in the United States and eligible to work in the country.
