The Role
As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners to educate them on solar and energy-saving solutions. This is a field-based role where you manage your own territory, schedule, and pipeline.
You'll be responsible for creating conversations, delivering in-home presentations, and closing deals using a proven sales process.
What You'll Be Doing
• Canvass neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach
• Educate homeowners on solar energy and cost-saving options
• Deliver tailored in-home consultations and presentations
• Build and manage a local book of business
• Generate referrals through strong customer relationships
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals

Compensation
• 100% commission-based compensation with weekly payouts
• First-year reps typically earn $35,000–$150,000+, with top performers exceeding that
• Income is directly tied to performance—no caps, no ceilings.
This role is designed for individuals who are comfortable betting on themselves.
Training & Support
While training time is unpaid, V3 provides:

Requirements
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods outdoors
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
