The Fieldwire Enterprise Account Executive role is responsible for developing relationships and business with the largest and most strategic accounts. This role is responsible for the full Fieldwire customer life cycle, from discovery phase through contract renewals. In other words, this role owns both the initial client landing of a Fieldwire contract, through the retention and growth of these accounts, providing consistent white-glove service accentuating Fieldwire’s value proposition. This role owns the most complex accounts, managed by Hilti Strategic Business Developers, using their relationship building skills and solution selling methods to expand Fieldwire’s presence through this enterprise motion.  What You'll do Own strategic accounts for Fieldwire from discovery phase to managing the accounts after signing on to the Fieldwire platform. Manage all contract renewals and lead negotiations with the largest and most complex customers  Discover, coordinate, and attend in-person customer events to drive new business opportunities with large and complex accounts, roughly 25% domestic travel requirements annually  Organize and facilitate in-person lead generation events with large customer stakeholders in various markets across the United States  Attend and facilitate discussions about Fieldwire with strategic accounts during Customer Experience Events  Partner with Strategic Business Developers in Hilti North America to gather leads from customers, subsequently owning the Fieldwire sales cycle with key stakeholders (internal and external)  Own C-Suite relationships with customers interested in Fieldwire  Retain and increase revenue with a managed book of business  Own and drive revenue growth opportunities by uncovering new business opportunities through hunting for referrals, cold calling, and connecting stakeholders  Perform Business Reviews with strategic clients  Solve complex customer needs by working with our Construction Success Team  Other duties, as assigned  What You’ll Bring 5+ years of sales experience in business development or enterprise account sales  Ability to establish credibility and sell at the C-Suite level of large and complex customers  Experience managing projects with input from cross-functional teams  Works well with a wide range of people (external and internal) up, down, and across the organization  Natural relationship builder  Comfort with picking up the phone and speaking with new people and presenting in-person to key stakeholders  Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment  Metrics driven mindset  Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate technical product aspects to non-tech savvy and tech savvy customers  Superior written and verbal skills  Highly organized and methodical; process-oriented  Cold-calling experience, preferred  B2B transactional experience, preferred  SaaS environment experience, preferred  Construction background/experience, preferred  Experience with Salesforce.com, preferred      Normal home office conditions  Occasional travel may be required (up to 25% domestic travel) Why Fieldwire Fieldwire is a construction field management software, used on over 1,000,000+ projects worldwide.
