? The Marketing Technology (MarTech) team is responsible for providing a state-of-the-art platform to enable effective marketing and product engagement with our customers.
? As the engineering manager, you?ll lead a team of talented software developers to build a no-code or low-code platform to author and publish content on onsite (airbnb.com) and offsite (emails, push notification).
? You will also work closely with XFN partners like design, product and marketing stakeholders.
Requirements:
? 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing an engineering team and 9+ years of relevant software development industry experience in a fast paced tech environment.
? Past hands-on experience in Frontend Web Development
? Hands-on experience with designing, leading, and architecting large, high-scale and distributed web applications
? You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and with teams across the engineering organization
? Experience hire, retain and grow senior engineers and leaders with a track record of building productive, world-class engineering teams.
? You are passionate about technical quality, efficiency and operational excellence.
? Past experience working with modern web technologies like React, Typescript
? Past experience in Marketing technology or CMS services is a plus
