Position: Legal Workflow Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$80/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
• Map end-to-end legal workflows performed within specific tools.
• Describe how different types of legal data are handled, including ingestion, processing, review, and output.
• Provide deep, structured breakdowns of workflows, such as litigation and contract review.
• Identify decision points, edge cases, and variations within workflows.
• Evaluate what a competent lawyer should be able to accomplish using each platform.
• Produce clear, detailed writeups within ~20 minutes per category.
Qualifications
Must-Have
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the listed tools: Relativity, Clio, DocAssemble, Ironclad, Agiloft, or Icertis.
• Background as a lawyer, legal operations professional, or litigation support specialist.
• Ability to articulate detailed, real-world workflows.
• Strong understanding of legal processes.
• Clear, structured written communication.
• Ability to produce high-quality responses quickly (~20 minutes per category).
Preferred
• Experience across multiple categories (e.g., both e-discovery and CLM tools).
• Familiarity with data handling in legal contexts.
• Experience with legal tech implementation or process design.
• Prior work in high-volume or complex matters.
