Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team at Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
Responsibilities
– Handle cash transactions accurately
– Provide exceptional customer service at all times
– Assist with sales and upselling of products
– Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
– Support kitchen staff with food preparation and service
– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the caf?area
Restock anything and everything at daily basis.
Qualifications
– Experience in cash handling is preferred
– Strong time management skills
– Knowledge of retail math concepts
– Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Basic math skills for order accuracy
– Previous experience in a caf?,fast food or kitchen setting would be beneficial
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 – $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 ? 36 per week
