We aren't looking for a basic call-taker. We are looking for someone who speaks the language of machinery. Maybe you grew up on a farm, spent your weekends under a hood, or have managed a shop. You don't need to be a Master Mechanic, but you must have 'mechanical common sense.' You need to be the person who naturally notices when a bolt is missing, a tire is low, or a photo of a 5th wheel is missing. If you've never gotten your hands dirty or 'tinkered' with equipment, this isn't the role for you.
