Director, Vendor Management

Description: • Kroll seeks a Director of Vendor Management to oversee key vendor relationships. • Responsible for vendor performance, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation. • Leads a team to support vendor management initiatives and align with business objectives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field; Master's degree preferred • Minimum of 7 years of experience in vendor management or procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Strong negotiation and contract management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders • Experience in managing a team of vendor management professionals • Knowledge of vendor management best practices and industry trends • Clear thinker who anticipates and develops strategies for anticipating future consequences and trends • Cope with change and work effectively without having the total picture • Clearly delineates responsibilities and sets clear objectives and measures • Quickly grasps the essence and the underlying structure of new situations and problems • Experience in designing and deploying performance management processes and systems • Knows how organizations work; knows how to get things done through formal channels and the informal network Benefits: Apply Job!
