? As the Director of User Research, you?ll be passionate about creating a deep understanding and empathy for our users
? You?ll conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to inform product development and design decisions
? Drive prioritization of research efforts in support of broader organizational goals
? Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented user researchers
? Be a highly respected senior partner and thought leader across departments
? Champion and drive high-quality user experiences across Workiva?s ecosystem
Requirements:
? Minimum 10+ years? experience delivering high-quality research results
? 5+ years? experience in building and coaching teams for high-impact results
? Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
? Portfolio/Strong case studies demonstrating measurable business impacts
? Master’s degree in a related degree field preferred
? Demonstrated experience in scaling highly functioning user research teams
? Experience in driving operational excellence for efficiency and effectiveness
? Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
? Proven experience in user research, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
? Ability to influence others, tying insights to business impact
? Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
? Expert knowledge of user research best practices and methodologies
