Director of Operations

Job Description Director, Operations Classification: Exempt Reports to: VP Product Operations Date: September 2024 Location: Remote Summary/Objective We are looking for an analytical and strategic thinker to join our product operations team! The role will be the Alex and Ani internal lead to manage our external vendors for customer support and 3PL, respectively. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable on staffing models, capacity and efficiency metrics for large scale teams. This person will also oversee special projects execution on revenue initiatives such as the introduction of recurring product subscriptions, engraving, and product bundling with our 3PL vendor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Weekly account management with external vendors to ensure KPIs are met and exceeded within cost guardrails Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure escalated revenue-impacting initiatives are properly prioritized with 3 rd parties Maintaining a weekly and monthly forecast to ensure staffing levels are appropriate PO tracking and coordination with suppliers on critical inbounds Supporting pilots on an operational level for revenue-generating initiatives Qualifications: Minimum four (4) years of work experience in an operational role with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity Hyper-organized -- nothing makes you happier than making to-do lists and crossing things off Experienced with managing up to critical leaders / stakeholders with timely, concise updates Strong attention to detail Passion for retail operations Experience Requirements Mid Level
