JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective: The Digital Banking Specialist is responsible for managing and enhancing our digital banking services. This role will involve supporting members with online and mobile banking platforms, analyzing user experience, and implementing new features to improve service delivery. Essential Functions 1. Member Support Assist members with inquiries related to digital banking services, ensuring a high level of customer service. 2. Platform Management Oversee the operation of online account opening portal, ensuring timely review of online account applications and new member follow up. Managing and following up with the new accounts and inquiries opened via the online platform. 3. User Experience Analyze member feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement in digital services. 4. Compliance Ensure all digital banking services comply with relevant regulatory requirements and security standards. 5. Reporting Generate reports on digital banking performance metrics and present findings to Leadership. 6. Troubleshooting Act as first point of contact for technical issues, coordinating with other areas as needed. 7. Market Research Stay informed about trends in digital banking and financial technology, making recommendations for new features and services. 8. Job Knowledge Maintain knowledge of One Detroit Credit Unions products and services, policies and procedures. 9. Ethics 6. Attendance 7. Teamwork Required Education, Experience & Skills 1. High school diploma or GED required. Some college level course work preferred 2. Two years prior banking and customer service experience 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 4. Experience assisting members with inquires and/or problem resolution 5. Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite applications Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. This position requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary.
