As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various systems.
Responsibilities
? Accurately enter and update data into databases and systems
? Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
? Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
? Perform regular data backups to ensure the security of information
? Generate reports and compile information for internal use
? Identify and correct data entry errors
? Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
? Excellent typing speed and accuracy
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Educational Qualifications
