Role Description
We are hiring a DeFi Yield, Tokenomics & Liquidity Strategy Specialist (Remote – United States) to support analysis and participation across decentralized finance ecosystems. This is a full-time, paid role focused on understanding how capital is deployed, how yield is generated, and how token-based systems function across blockchain platforms.
The role involves analyzing liquidity flows, monitoring staking and yield environments, and identifying patterns in how users interact with DeFi protocols. The ideal candidate actively participates in DeFi and understands how liquidity, incentives, and tokenomics drive capital allocation and ecosystem growth.
Responsibilities
Analyze tokenomics models, emission schedules, and incentive structures across DeFi ecosystems
Track liquidity flows across decentralized exchanges, staking systems, and lending protocols
Monitor yield environments across staking, farming, and liquidity provisioning platforms
Analyze how users deploy capital across blockchain ecosystems and token systems
Identify trends in DeFi participation, liquidity distribution, and ecosystem growth
Support internal insights related to token strategy and digital asset participation
Assist in preparing structured summaries on yield dynamics and market behavior
Collaborate with team members on DeFi strategy and ecosystem initiatives
Qualifications
Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and decentralized finance (DeFi)
Hands-on experience providing liquidity, staking, or interacting with DeFi protocols
Active participation in crypto markets, token ecosystems, or blockchain platforms
Understanding of tokenomics, yield generation, and liquidity dynamics
Familiarity with decentralized exchanges (DEXs), staking platforms, and smart contracts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation
Salary range: $120,000 – $170,000 USD per year depending on experience.
Performance-based bonuses may also be available.
