Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist Consultant to join our team at Omnicare, a leading provider of pharmacy services to long-term care facilities and other healthcare clients. As a Pharmacist Consultant, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with facility leaders and staff to coordinate pharmacy services, develop and implement medication management strategies, and drive business growth. Responsibilities: Ensure facilities are compliant with regulatory requirements and aligned with company standards Conduct clinical reviews as required by regulatory and contractual obligations Identify and resolve potential issues proactively, and communicate effectively with facility staff and leadership Drive adoption of Omnicare programs and services, and utilize existing client relationships to promote business growth Lead customer surveys and other client meetings as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve site goals and objectives Perform Medication Regimen Reviews (MRRs) and provide written reports to facility staff Utilize OSC2OR software to generate MRRs, including therapeutic interchange and Omnicare clinical program-related recommendations Complete Quality Improvement reports and provide education to facility staff on new programs and initiatives Requirements: Active pharmacy license in Massachusetts Ability to travel to long-term care facilities throughout Massachusetts Vaccination certification or willingness to become vaccinated Preferred Qualifications: Rhode Island pharmacy license or willingness to become dual-licensed 3+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy practice 3+ years of experience in long-term care pharmacy practice What We Offer: Competitive salary: $27/hour Full-time, benefit-eligible position Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan with company match Liberal employee discount at all CVS stores Apply Now: We encourage you to apply, even if you don't feel like a perfect match.
