Customer Support Representative – Remote (UT Only)

Description:
? Join Gabb Wireless to provide world-class customer support for safe tech products.
? Support customer inquiries about account management, device troubleshooting, billing, etc.
? Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality support to our customers.
? Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
? Work closely with supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity.
? Continually learn about products and services to enhance knowledge.

Requirements:
? 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service
? Quiet dedicated work-space in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts)
? Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly when speaking with customers
? Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately
? Enthusiastic and can-do attitude that… radiates positivity and dedication to each customer
? Previous experience with Calabrio, Gladly, Dialpad, or other call center software preferred
