Customer Support Representative

Description:
? Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and live chat
? Handle customer concerns and provides appropriate solutions
? Identify and assess customer needs to achieve a high level of satisfaction
? Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
? Work on other service-related projects as they arise
? Support our West Coast clients

Requirements:
? 2+ years experience in a customer service role
? Excellent ability to clearly communicate through phone, email, and live chat
? High attention to detail with research and investigative skills
? Ability to multitask
? Able and willing to work the appropriate hours to support our West Coast clients
? Experience with Mac Operating systems, internet services, browser functions, and basic software applications
? SaaS experience a plus
? U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required
