Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service role
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
? Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable
? Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
? Typing minimum 45 WPM
? Familiarity with industry compliance standards is a plus
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
? High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry
