The Customer Service Representative will be the voice and face of the company, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of inquiries and managing communications with customers and insurance adjusters.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Take hotel and housing requests from insurance adjusters
- Input and maintain accurate records and customer details into our company’s computer systems
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
- Ensure customer satisfaction by prompt and proper resolution of questions and issues via email and telephone communication
- Manage high volume email, as well as inbound and outbound telephone calls for claim handling, while documenting activities related to the claim in the company’s computer system
- Performs other duties as necessary or assigned
Skills
- One or more years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a preferred typing speed of 40 wpm or higher
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
