We ARE looking to hire a customer service representative to help facilitate excellent customer experience across all the services we offer to our customers both in and out of our store front.
Job Duties…
– Assist customers with the full band of services we offer with the utmost professionalism and care
– Accurately and efficiently inspect and enter clothing into POS.
– Assist customers with any inquiries that come over the phone, POS, or in person request
– Perform random tasks that may arise from time to time
Candidate Traits:
– Team player with ability to operate under pressure
– Excellent attention to detail
– Strong verbal and written skills, Spanish language skills are helpful
Qualifications
– Fluency in English and Spanish
– Strong customer service skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Ability to handle outbound calls effectively
– Excellent communication and phone etiquette
– Experience in a call center environment
– Typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
