We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a phone switchboard, directing calls, and transferring them to the appropriate extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
? Answer and manage incoming calls on the phone switchboard.
? Direct calls to the appropriate extensions or departments.
? Provide accurate information to callers when necessary.
? Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
? Assist with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
? Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
? Excellent communication skills.
? Strong customer service orientation.
? Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
? No prior experience required.
