Responsibilities:
– Manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they provide exceptional service to Delta Air Lines customers

– Monitor key performance indicators and report on team performance to senior management
– Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
– Experience in customer service management or a similar role
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
– Ability to work independently and remotely
– Strong leadership qualities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
