Summary:
– CSA role at an assigned store location, ensuring safe, customer-focused, and profitable operations.
– Responsibilities include cash handling, facility maintenance, inventory security, and adherence to company policies.
– Reports directly to the Store Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
– Professional representation of the company to customers and stakeholders.
– Assist customers with product purchases, promotions, and handling complaints effectively.
– Foster customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
– Efficient operation of transactional equipment and adherence to cash handling procedures.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of store and equipment.
– Inventory management, including vendor check-in and pricing policies.
– Compliance with security controls and legal regulations.
– Proper utilization and maintenance of food service equipment.
– Attendance of required training sessions and meetings.
– Prompt reporting of incidents and dishonesty.
– Accurate recording of work hours and breaks.
– Assistance to customers with equipment operation.
– Compliance with age-restricted product sales regulations.
– Security measures for cash registers during non-operation hours.
– Assistance in training new team members.
– Maintenance of confidentiality regarding company information.
Job Qualifications:
– Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
– High School diploma or GED preferred.
– Ability to work independently for extended periods.
– Proficient in English communication (verbal and written).
– Basic arithmetic skills.
– Familiarity with cash register operation and equipment usage.
– Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols for food service.
– Physical capability to perform assigned tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
– Flexibility in working varying shifts, including overnight and holidays.
– Authorization to work in the United States.
