As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be the strategic conduit between our clients, internal product teams, and operational resources. You’ll lead high‑visibility, high‑value projects from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless transition to arenaflex’s platform and fostering long‑term client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day - Project Blueprinting: Design and define detailed work‑breakdown structures, identify required resources, and assign clear roles and responsibilities across multi‑disciplinary teams. - Client Requirement Capture: Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand client needs, document functional and technical specifications, and translate them into actionable project plans. - Cross‑Functional Leadership: Lead regular project and partner calls with stakeholders from product, engineering, legal, finance, and regional sales to maintain alignment and momentum. - Performance Management: Track and communicate project health—including status, risks, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies—through concise dashboards and executive briefings. - Testing & Quality Assurance: Oversee user acceptance testing, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure all deliverables meet arenaflex’s quality standards before go‑live. - Transition & Handover: Execute comprehensive readiness assessments, handover documentation, and post‑implementation support plans to guarantee client confidence and adoption. - Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned, propose process enhancements, and contribute to the evolution of arenaflex’s onboarding methodology. - Culture Advocacy: Foster a positive, collaborative environment within the project team, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in every interaction. Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring - Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, client‑facing projects in the corporate travel, SaaS, or related B2B industry. - Proven ability to design, execute, and deliver multi‑phase onboarding initiatives on time and within budget. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a strong advantage. - Demonstrated aptitude for problem‑solving, with a track record of turning ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable solutions. - Advanced organizational and time‑management capabilities, with a talent for juggling competing priorities across global time zones. - Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds and functional disciplines. - Demonstrated passion for customer success and a genuine enthusiasm for the corporate travel ecosystem.
