Job Summary: Starfire Direct, a dynamic eCommerce company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Expert to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and driving loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Manage orders, track shipments, and facilitate returns and exchanges through our Shopify platform. Utilize NetSuite to manage order data, customer information, and inventory management. Collaborate with customers through Microsoft Outlook to coordinate order-related issues and inquiries. Monitor and respond to customer reviews on platforms, including Amazon, to ensure positive customer experiences. Troubleshoot product issues, guiding customers through product usage and providing helpful tips. Work closely with fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Requirements: 2+ years of Amazon customer service experience (essential). Proficient with Shopify, Microsoft Outlook, and NetSuite. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Must be flexible with weekend availability.
