Role Overview – Driving Business Outcomes at Scale The Customer Business Outcomes (CBO) Specialist is a senior‑level, customer‑facing strategist who partners with the US Enterprise segment to blend deep technical knowledge with rigorous business outcome methodology. You will be the linchpin that connects field sales, solution architects, industry leads, and partner ecosystems to co‑create multi‑year digital transformation roadmaps and quantifiable value models for our most strategic clients. In this role, you will: - Lead discovery and validation workshops with C‑suite leaders, uncovering the strategic objectives that drive their digital agendas. - Quantify financial impact using robust KPI‑based models, translating business aspirations into concrete dollar‑value propositions. - Assess current and desired technology maturity, map capabilities to the arenaflex Reference Architecture, and recommend the optimal portfolio of solutions. - Collaborate closely with Regional Vice Presidents, Account Team Unit (ATU) General Managers, and global industry SMEs to ensure domain expertise is embedded throughout the engagement. - Present executive‑level summaries and board‑room‑ready recommendations that accelerate decision‑making and secure commitment. Key Responsibilities 1. Discovery & Business Outcome Definition - Design and implement an ATU Field Engagement model that starts with the customer’s desired outcomes rather than technology features. - Facilitate C‑level Discovery Workshops, Solution Assessments, and Business Envisioning sessions, driving consensus on priorities and success criteria. - Develop and maintain a Maturity Model that captures the client’s current state, target state, and the transformation steps required to bridge the gap. - Coach Account Executives (AE) and Account Technology Strategists (ATS) on leveraging the CBO framework to position arenaflex as the partner of choice within targeted verticals. 2. Value Quantification & Financial Modeling - Construct detailed financial models that translate key performance indicators (KPIs) into revenue uplift, cost avoidance, and ROI projections. - Validate assumptions with cross‑functional stakeholders, ensuring that models reflect realistic adoption curves and risk considerations. - Produce board‑room‑ready executive summaries that articulate value drivers, recommended solutions, and next‑step roadmaps. 3. Stakeholder Management & Executive Engagement - Build trusted relationships with VP/CxO level executives, board members, and internal account teams. - Lead multi‑disciplinary, high‑complexity engagements that span finance, operations, IT, and line‑of‑business functions. - Influence without authority, navigating ambiguous environments and aligning diverse stakeholder agendas toward a unified outcome. 5.
