We are seeking a skilled Conversion Optimisation Specialist to help turn organic clicks into paying customers. We have an education website that in the last month alone has 12k clicks. We have an education platform for school students attached to that. The main website acts as a lead magnet with hundreds of pages of notes related to the subject of English in Irelands secondary education system.
The paid platform is hyper specific to the English subject and is a one of kind resource in the market. The paid fee is reasonable and trial users and constantly flowing in but not many converting, this is something that I want to change. I would be most confortable on a profit share agreement, you get paid when you make the business money, not just implement best practices.
We are not running ads. Before we even consider it we need to convert the people already on the doorstep of our product through organic website clicks.
