About the position The Control Remediation Quality Assurance Practice/Methodology & Testing Lead (US) is responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust methodology to support the end-to-end MRA remediation program. This role involves implementing a Testing Center of Excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing the quality assurance processes for testing teams. The lead will play a crucial role in the successful remediation of regulatory findings and will work closely with various teams to ensure effective testing and validation processes are in place. Responsibilities Establish and maintain a strong methodology for the MRA remediation program. , Implement a Testing Center of Excellence providing regulatory finding remediation testing standards. , Ensure testing meets established standards through a quality assurance process. , Provide people management leadership, including hiring, goal setting, and performance management. , Lead the buildout of the Practice/Methodology and Testing CoE in coordination with senior leadership. , Create and update the Target Operating Model for the group. , Ensure a robust end-to-end MRA remediation program is in place. , Create and maintain testing standards for first and second line testing teams. , Build and maintain testing quality assurance over first and second line testing teams. , Liaise with first and second line on issues encountered in the E2E remediation process. , Coordinate centralized testing for control remediation and manage 2nd line MRA testing. , Deliver testing in line with remediation plans and provide recommendations based on testing outcomes. , Drive efficiency and effectiveness through automation and advanced analytics in testing activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred. , 10+ years of related experience, preferably with significant third line experience. , Strong executive management experience leading Regulatory Administration activities and teams. , Experience in establishing and implementing effective Regulatory policies and strategies. , Highly organized with the ability to develop, analyze, and improve complex policies and procedures. , Solid understanding of the Regulatory environment and its role in business operations. , Effective negotiation and influencing skills. , Advanced communication and presentation skills. , Proficient in Word and Excel. , Proven leadership abilities and excellent customer orientation.
