Job Description:
• Facilitate training programs for Shockingly Different Leadership's clients.
• Provide follow-up consultation with SDL staff and SDL client managers, once training is complete.
• Demonstrate advanced facilitation skills.
• Provide general consulting for facilitation and project implementation.
• Learning program delivery, including course preparation, communication to participants, logistic prep, and follow up.
• Assist SDL Learning and Development staff with Design and Curriculum Management in development of L&D content by providing business acumen, knowledge and expertise relative to achieving the Learning objectives and priorities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Learning and Development, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Adult Education or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in training delivery, training facilitation, or a combination of both.
• 5+ years of training delivery and facilitation experience.
• Ability to train and provide feedback to SDL clients.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles.
• Supervisory or management experience highly desired.
• Strong classroom presence and facilitation skills with a dynamic presentation style.
