We are seeking a proactive and analytical Continuous Improvement Intern to support our efforts in enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role offers hands-on experience with process improvement initiatives, data analysis, and change management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement across departments.
- Support the planning and execution of continuous improvement projects.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
- Help document current processes and develop updated workflows or standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor improvement initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for efficiency and innovation.
