Key Responsibilities::

? Identify, flag, and remove any inappropriate or harmful content according to established protocols.

? Monitor community interactions and report on patterns or reoccurring issues to enhance content moderation tactics.
? Work collaboratively with other moderators to ensure a uniform approach to moderation across the platforms.
? Keep abreast of changing platform policies and industry best practices to inform moderation strategies.
? Engage in training and team meetings to share knowledge and improve overall moderation effectiveness.
Requirements:
? Fluency in Indonesian (native or equivalent), with proficiency in written and spoken English.
