ATG has unique service offerings implemented by technical support specialists with industry experience and knowledge.
About Us:
ATG (Applied Technology Group) is the premier technology business partner for the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry in North America. ATG strives to build strong relationships within the professional design community by offering complete software and hardware solutions, supported by a team of experienced technical specialists. With their deep industry knowledge, ATG delivers tailored services that meet the unique needs of AEC professionals, ensuring seamless integration and support across their technology platforms.
We work with the firms designing skylines, building infrastructure, and shaping the future of how people live and work. As a trusted Platinum Autodesk Reseller, we don’t just provide software—we unlock solutions for the biggest names in architecture, engineering, and construction.
Now we’re looking for a smart, strategic, and relentless Construction Account Manager to take ownership of our largest AEC clients. Someone who understands how these firms operate—from design to construction—and knows how to become a trusted growth partner, not just a vendor.
If you’ve got strong AEC chops, strategic selling skills, and a passion for helping technical teams win—we need to talk!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the Relationship: Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value AEC clients—top-tier architects, engineers, contractors, and design-build firms.
- Drive Renewals & Expansion: Retain core business while ensuring customers are finding value in the ATG services and support.
- Partnership Building: Build long-term, high-trust relationships with BIM Managers, VDC teams, IT leaders, and C-level decision-makers.
- Lead Complex Renewal Cycles: Handle multi-stakeholder deals with licensing, compliance, and budgeting intricacies that require a steady hand and strategic mind.
- Be Part of the Plan: Work with Business Development Executive to build detailed account plans, forecast accurately, and contribute to the team’s growth engine with clean CRM hygiene and consistent execution.
- Support Innovation: Stay ahead of AEC tech trends—cloud workflows, digital twins, automation—and position your clients to stay competitive.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 4–7+ years in B2B account management or consultative sales—at least 2 years focused on AEC, construction tech, or architecture/engineering software.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong business acumen—you understand how firms win projects, manage teams, and scale operations.
- Sharp communicator, confident presenter, and trusted advisor mindset
- CRM-savvy, detail-driven, and disciplined with your pipeline
- Bonus points for familiarity with public or infrastructure projects, multi-office AEC environments, or Autodesk licensing/program nuances
Why This Role Rocks:
- Premium Clients: You’ll work with firms building stadiums, hospitals, airports, and the future of the built environment.
- Strategic Sales, Real Impact: This isn’t transactional—you’re helping AEC clients solve real-world problems with smart solutions.
- Partner Support: You’re backed by Autodesk’s tools, resources, and brand equity—plus a killer technical and operations team.
- Career Track: Leadership, major accounts, vertical specialization—you’ve got room to move and grow!
- Smart Team, Winning Culture: We work hard, celebrate wins, and push each other to raise the bar.
