Work on house generated leads for sale and lease. Handle showings and inspect properties. Conduct research on commercial real estate trends. Recruit new potential real estate agents (residual pay for agent referrals) Do basic paperwork. Negotiate leases and sales contracts. Work in collaboration with experienced real estate brokers.
