Summary As a Commercial Painting Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs and providing detailed estimates for commercial painting projects. Reporting to the project manager, your core skills in construction estimating and cost control will be essential in ensuring competitive pricing and effective budget management. Your premium skills in negotiation and familiarity with tools like Bluebeam will enhance your ability to secure favorable terms. Additionally, your relevant experience in construction management and contracts will support the successful execution of projects, contributing to the overall efficiency and profitability of our organization. This is a per hour or per project pay opportunity. Only experienced painting estimators will be considered . This position is open to full time, part time, or remote work. A qualified individual should: Be able to provide complete pricing for project based on photos and plans provided * Perform complete Takeoff in industry standard software packages * Assist in any requested pricing updates based on plan changes Requirements * Be able to provide samples of takeoff completed in commercial painting field * Experience in commercial painting estimation * Proficiency of computer skills * Strong communication skills * Strong organizational skills * Excellent people skills * Reliable and able to work independently EXPEREINCE IN TAKE OFF ITEMS * New Construction Painting Pricing * Tenant Improvement Office Buildout Painting Pricing * Multi-Family Painting Pricing Job Type: Contract Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Commercial Paint Estimating: 5 years (Required) Construction management: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
