We are looking for a Client Acquisition Manager to join our team and drive MGID ’s growth in the Peruvian market by expanding our advertiser base and building strategic partnerships with premium brands . As the first representative in the region, you will play a pivotal role in establishing MGID ’s market presence and positioning our solutions as key tools for effective audience engagement and revenue growth. What you will do: Research, identify, and connect with advertisers, performance agencies, and affiliates , developing targeted sales strategies to drive new business. Build and manage a pipeline of leads , effectively moving prospects through the sales cycle – from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing. Develop media plans and negotiate contracts , aligning client goals with MGID ’s native advertising solutions. Collaborate with Account Management and Marketing teams to coordinate sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction. Report updates, feedback, and sales forecasts , maintaining transparency in revenue targets and identifying growth opportunities. Maintain accurate records in HubSpot , ensuring timely follow-ups and strategic communication with prospects. Conduct face-to-face meetings with key clients to solidify relationships and close deals. Requirements Who you are: A sales professional with 4+ years of experience in digital media , specializing in client acquisition and business development. A self-starter , capable of working independently while effectively engaging with advertisers, performance agencies, and affiliates in Peru. Skilled in building client relationships , negotiating contracts, and closing deals independently. Experienced in performance marketing and affiliate sales , with a proven ability to develop targeted media plans that align with client goals. Fluent in Spanish and intermediate or higher level of English , with strong communication skills for face-to-face meetings and remote negotiations . Familiar with HubSpot or similar CRM systems for managing sales activities and client records. Able to analyze market trends and revenue data , providing accurate forecasts and actionable insights. Will be a plus: Experience with AdTech/MarTech platforms and campaign optimization. Previous work in performance marketing or affiliate networks .
