Position Summary The C&I Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across the Commercial & Industrial market on the West Coast. This role focuses on developing strategic customer relationships, identifying and capturing new business, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical understanding of electrical equipment, proven success in industrial sales, and the ability to operate independently in a high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the C&I segment • Identify, qualify, and pursue new commercial and industrial customer opportunities • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, consultants, EPCs, and channel partners • Serve as a technical and commercial resource throughout the sales process • Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Pricing to deliver customer solutions • Lead proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform strategy Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred) • 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial sales, preferably within power or electrical equipment • Strong working knowledge of transformers, power systems, and electrical infrastructure • Proven ability to develop long-term customer relationships and close complex sales • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory What We Offer • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization • A results-driven, entrepreneurial culture where performance and impact are recognized
