Position Overview: We are searching for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team during a critical growth phase. ? Financial Operations
? Establish robust financial infrastructure for rapid scaling
? Design financial controls and reporting mechanisms
? Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management
? Oversee accounting, tax strategy, and compliance protocols
? Investment & Revenue Optimization
? Design multi-stream revenue model
? Analyze market expansion opportunities
? Create detailed financial projections
? Fundraising & Capital Strategy
? Target initial fundraising of $35M for 18-month growth
? Prepare comprehensive investment documentation
? Negotiate term sheets and investment agreements
? Develop valuation strategies
Compensation Structure:
? Initial Compensation: Deferred until first fundraising milestone
? Competitive Compensation will be given post funding
? Equity Compensation

Qualifications:
? 8+ years senior financial leadership experience
? Proven track record in venture-backed technology startups is preferred
