Responsibilities

– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
Experience
– Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role
– Strong computer skills with proficiency in office software applications
– Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Sales experience is beneficial but not required
