CASE COORDINATOR (REMOTE) Full-Time | Non-Exempt Help keep cases moving and make a real impact on client outcomes. POSITION SUMMARY: The Case Coordinator facilitates the smooth progression of client matters by managing workflows, tracking case statuses, and resolving workflow issues. This role ensures timely task completion, supports reporting, and promotes clear communication to maintain high operational standards. This position is a fully remote role open only to residents of California, Washington, and Texas. Candidates must be available to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (PST).
What You’ll Do
- Track case progress and ensure deadlines and milestones are met
- Review cases regularly to identify delays, missing tasks, or next steps
- Communicate with attorneys and staff to support workflow progress
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in our case management system (Clio)
- Assist with reporting and identifying workflow improvements
- Help coordinate case status meetings and follow up on action items
- Support task assignments and workload distribution
- Escalate issues or delays to leadership when needed
What You Bring
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal, administrative, or operations role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Comfort working with case management systems (Clio experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accountability
Knowledge/Skills
- Strong understanding of legal workflows and case management processes
- Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build positive relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Time management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in handling sensitive information.
