Career Pathways Manager

Description: • The Career Pathways Manager plays a critical role in Roo’s mission to connect veterinary professionals with meaningful employment opportunities. • This role supports the execution of our full-time placement operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality experience for both veterinary professionals and hospital partners. • As the Career Pathways Manager, you’ll oversee the candidate journey, coordinate internal workflows, and partner cross-functionally to enhance the end-to-end placement process. • This is a highly collaborative role, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting professionals in the veterinary field. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field. • Proven experience coordinating permanent placements on Roo or a similar platform. • Demonstrated track record with relationship management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in CRM systems, ticketing systems and other common SaaS tools (Hubspot, Zendesk or similar). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Certification in revenue operations or relevant fields is a plus.
