Job Title: Call Center Representative

Job Overview:

The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing product and service information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
? Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
? Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
? Document all customer interactions and update the database with relevant information
? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance

Qualifications:
