We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, or in-person. This role requires a strong communicator with excellent phone etiquette and the ability to analyze customer needs. Duties:
– Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
– Provide detailed product information and answer customer questions
– Utilize outbound calling to engage with customers and promote products or services
– Analyze customer needs and make recommendations to meet their requirements
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner
– Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and promoting products or services
– Collaborate with other customer service representatives to ensure seamless service
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
– Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Fluency in English and Spanish
– Proven experience in customer service or sales
– Ability to analyze customer needs and make recommendations
– Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
– Experience with outbound calling and sales techniques
